Our company
The name XLC or Crossload Consulting comes from our specialization in migrations - in this case especially with the aim of SAP HANA DB.
As a young company (founded in 01/2019) consisting of SAP experts with decades of experience in SAP projects of well-known and large end customers, we have set ourselves the goal of opening a new chapter in SAP consulting with our SAP HANA knowledge.
The focus on HANA is not really new, but real specialists are very few and far between on the market and consulting companies that deal exclusively with it are more than seldom. Many of the consulting firms are generalists and offer know-how in many areas and databases. That is why we, as specialists, focus on one database - HANA. Our special topics include architecture consulting, partitioning, data tiering (NSE / NLS), troubleshooting, performance tuning, migrations and upgrades / conversions. We also offer workshops in all of our subject areas.
We combine some of these few HANA experts and bundle their knowledge in order to be able to design your projects successfully. In addition to our expertise, our added value for our customers consists of our tools that we use for performance analyzes as well as for configuration and maintenance of the HANA DB.
In the end, you get the best of best practice and best experience, because we believe that only a mixture of the two leads to long-term success.
USP
Due to recurring tasks when working with HANA, we have simplified or even automated many processes. We have a unique Known Issue Database (XDC = XLC Double Checker) with which we can make accurate analyzes including risk assessment of existing systems, as well as upgrades / updates to new revisions.
